As an enduring team member at PAF, I am aware of the organizations impactful mission and meaningful, personal approach to assistance. Although I had hoped my family would never need PAF’s services, we unpredictably found ourselves in need after my brother lost his battle with a chronic disease.

PAF’s Case Manager gracefully discussed the circumstances surrounding the loss with my sister in-law and dove in to help review EOB’s, find assistance with hospital bills, enroll children for survivor benefits, review policies and more. Knowing PAF was researching and assisting with things we never would have thought of, was such a pleasing comfort to me and the family.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at PAF for what they do daily to serve one patient at a time!
