One of the most amazing foundations! We found out about Lexiam Heart Foundation after my daughter was diagnosed with congenital heart disease at birth. Since we found out about my daughters defects, I feel like Lexiam has been with us every step of the way. Lexiam has connected us with other heart families and supported us tremendously.
