The Ulster county SPCA has always been so caring and hardworking. I adopted my cat Emma from them years ago and I love her so incredibly much. The staff at the SPCA made her adoption such a pleasant experience and I plan on adopting from them again! I’m very grateful for them and all of the love and care they have for all of these amazing animals.
