My daughter was 16 when her seizures started they were violent and scary and mostly at night. We didn’t sleep for the first 6 months of her diagnosis and lived in few everyday. I researched and found respud in the Chelsea Hutchison Foundation. I spoke with Julie personally and she shared their mission of providing hope and safety to those effected by Epilepsy. She suggested a night time monitor and watch that have given our family so much peace of mind. My daughter wanted to help other families as well so she began fund raising for CHF. Last year she was chosen to attend Chelsea’s Wish Trip and it was amazing to see so many purple families together for epilepsy education and fun. We consider CHF part of our family and we are forever grateful to their help and knowledge during the most difficult time of our lives. Seize the day! 💜
