House of Mercy and Encouragement is a wonderful counseling center. The founder, Dolores Mortimer, has created a place that fosters healing and growth. I am a counselor who has worked in several practices, but HOME is truly different. The care that is extended to the clients is also extended to the volunteers and staff. I feel fortunate to be part of an organization that provides respect , good care and counseling expertise while maintaining an open and gracious heart.
