Review for Helping Hand House, Puyallup, WA, USA
I have observed Helping Hand House since its inception, I am impressed with the growth it has made and the way it has changed lives. We often forget that many are one paycheck away from being homeless and we are there for them, especially those with families. I am currently on about 6-8 boards and this is one of the most satisfying. I believe that my service on the board and my financial contributions help give people a hand up. The case management component, gives help and hope, beyond just a place to live. It gets them on the road to job opportunities and back to a more normal life. Bob Dalton

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Observing all the families and individuals that have been helped.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Find a way to have more housing units available by partnering with civic organizations and individuals who can provide housing opportunities. The South Hill Rotary club has purchased or leased a number of housing units (duplexes, etc.) and made this availabe for HHH to use. I would like to see more of this.
