As a mom of 2 girls with mental illness issues, I've developed PTSD from all the years of trying to manage the rollercoaster that is mental illness. I cannot say enough about having a place to go to just "be" and take care of us caregivers. There needs to be so many more of these nonprofits and Andrea is the best!
I've attended two of the retreats and I am schedule for another one this month. Time away is key to my sanity and being there for my family.
