We recently adopted an 8 week old puppy from D & R Rescue. We named him Maximus (Max for short) and we are head over heels in love with him! Karen was wonderful to work with. She answered a million emails from us in a very prompt manner. All of our questions were answered and we knew this was a great rescue to work with. We’ve been looking for a puppy for a couple months and this was by far the most responsive rescue we’ve worked with. We were able to chat with our puppy’s foster, Marsha, who also answered several questions about him. We drove 4 1/2 hours to meet Karen with our puppy and the whole process was very quick. She was very accommodating to our family and we would highly recommend this rescue!
