My mother had left the workforce after taking several years off to raise my siblings and care for aging family members and like many women was experiencing challenges reentering the workforce.
JCA gave her an opportunity that she otherwise would not have been provided. They gave her the support and training she needed to develop more relevant job skills and Instilled the sense of confidence In her that has led to the success she’s experiencing today! She is a phenomenal role model not only for other women who are experiencing challenges re-entering the workforce but her granddaughters as well!
