As a Volunteer with Friends of the Troops, I can honestly say it is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. From writing cards to Veterans for the Honor Flights to sending cards and packages to deployed troops and supporting those stateside. I am honored when I receive a letter from someone I have written who shares with me a glimpse into their military experience. All of our troops deserve our support and that is the mission of Friends of the Troops. We want our military to know that they are appreciated and not forgotten.
