I sent an assistance request in during the COVID 19 quarantine. I’m a musician and lost a lot of gigs due to shut downs. My roommate is a bartender and lost her job for 8 weeks. Any little bit helps in getting by during this time of uncertainty. Operation Ward 57 was very quick with their reply, and was able to send an Amazon gift card for $200 via email, which will be used to order groceries, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies. Thank you so much for your help, and for all you do for veterans! Knowing you aren’t alone is half the battle when times are rough! :)
