Being at the Mother’s Rest in New Market, Maryland is truly a heaven sent experience. I am so grateful for the opportunity to rest, relax, reflect and renew. I attended the weekend for woman dealing with cancer and it was divine. Every need was anticipated and provided for. Volunteers delivered home made breakfast, delicious baked goods and even brewed a pot of coffee. That is a lovely aroma to waken to. Innkeeper Andrea is the ultimate! The house is gorgeous and has so many little nooks for reading or napping. The inspirational affirmations that are everywhere really have a positive effect. Who doesn’t want to read Good Morning Gorgeous! When they awake.
