Howdy, I’ve known Janeen for over five years, she trained me a pup to assist with my mobility issues. My dog has been with me for four years now and has been my best friend and “walker” or cane as you may call him. I’m not 100% sure what the situation is with the dog named Swift but all the negative reviews seem to be based on the pup being taken away due to whatever issue(s) occurred. Janeen is a very demanding person and expects follow ups as well as meetings to keep the dog and owner trained and up to date. I will say that at times Janeen and I had miscommunication but at no point did I feel like I was going to lose my pup. Follow the rules of the contract, do your part in training, and enjoy your service dog/best friend. I hope a resolution has been found because K9s for Freedom and Independence has saved me. I’m 100% Service Disabled and support this organization!
