Joy in the Cause
I’m a volunteer for Joy in the Cause and it amazes me how much they do for people in crisis. Lisa Bain has devoted her life in the cause to bring hope, compassion, and love to people. Thousands of care packages and backpacks go out every year, plus visits to the elderly and sick. The backpacks are given to children in crisis. So many times this is all they have that’s theirs. When they leave their home they leave everything behind. It’s so sad and these backpacks bring them comfort. They are filled with games, coloring books, socks, T-shirt's, lovey blankets and a Mavis Pearl stuffed doggie. Joy In The Cause is an awesome non profit organization.
