I donated twice to this non-profit in 2019

The money is still sitting in limbo because the requests were not funded, so the money gets shuffled to the next request.

On December 16, 2019, I emailed a non-profit about a "wish" that was on the One Simple Wish website that had been unfulfilled since July 2019. I asked whether the "wish" had been fulfilled outside of One Simple Wish.
This non-profit replied that they did not know but will find out.

It turns out that the wish was fulfilled on December 17, 2019.
Yet I received an email from the non-profit on December 31, 2019 telling me that they will try to find out answer to my original email.
Wow!

One Simple Wish sends the non-profit money for the item, and yet, the non-profit does not know about it.

What happens to the money that is sent?
Who receives it?
How do we know that it actually went to the foster child?

Very concerning.
