The director of this facility, and her revolving staff, is not properly trained, qualified, or educated to conduct such a business that involves human safety and rehabilitation. They demonstrate "far below expectations" of what a therapeutic operation is and should be.

The second level of concern is the deplorable and disgusting conditions that the horses are in. From my understanding the county Animal Control team is constantly called out due to numerous complaints from multiple people that drive by or have personal experiences. At the very least, the constant "watch" from Animal Control has allowed the horses to receive minimum expectations of care, but I would hate to see what this place would look like without being monitored.

This type of operation and service would be so rewarding for this area, but this place definitely needs to step up their game.
