Just want to let you know that we thought we ordered the wrong size robe. Everything in our timely order was complete. Yes, it did seem we got the run around Friday afternoon/evening being transferred to a full mailbox like the rest. Then I got nervous after reading the reviews!! Did not want to return the robe for an exchange. However, a very kind and authentic native gal returned our phone calling by 9 am our time Saturday am. She said we had ordered the wrong size, (which I believed her)! She explained to me that she listened to all 60+ phone messages and took notes by hand, and that they had a lot of new interns as well. Well, we have 2 lg/xlg beautiful cozy robes. I am glad I tried on the one I was going to return for a sm/med, because size wise the Chimayo turquoise robe in lg/xlg is a lil' bit smaller than my husband's bear/deer print lg/xlg robe. Just a heads up that the sizing may be different. G'd bless these dear people trying to do things the ole' fashion way. I wish I hadn't gotten so worried about being scammed and threatened to turn em' into the Better Biz bureau on 1 of our 3-4 messages last Friday night. We love our "over~priced" stuff! Yes, it is expensive, but it is different, and "it's like a treasure" as another reviewer said. Thanks a lot to the fine 1st Nation lady who kindly called me back!!!!
