I’ve seen Save the Children commercials for a long time. Especially touching is the one that shows Kayambi brought into a clinic for treatment. His cries always makes my little dog Dori run into the room and bark and growl at the tv! Even she knows the sound of hunger and pain. My husband suffered a life threatening illness and pulled through. I wanted to do something in gratitude for his recovery and Kayambi’s commercial came on and there was Dori as usual. I knew then just what I wanted to do! Now when the commercial is aired, I tell Dori we are helping and not to worry. Save the Children are there!
