I learned about Sara's Sanctuary when I met an exceptionally enthusiastic volunteer who told me all about their mission to rescue desperate animals that were in need of a proper home where they could be well taken care of. Sara's rights the wrongs of irresponsible people who attempt to make pets of exotic animals but lack the knowledge and expertise to care for them. I'm glad to know that Sara's Sanctuary is providing a refuge for these amazing creatures and I proudly support their hard work and dedication to their mission. It takes a lot of resources to care for these animals and every little bit helps so any bit of of spare time to volunteer or money is greatly appreciated. Thank you to all the wonderfull, caring people at Sara's Sanctuary.
