HepC Alliance is a great nonprofit organization! This organization provides free Hep C testing to most people but is great for our high- risk and uninsured clients that might not otherwise know their status. Clients that are positive for Hep C, ab can receive other lab testing thru this organization at a very low cost. Also clients are educated about their diagnosis and referrals are given for further evaluation. I have been in Public Health for 22 years and one of my goals was to find a way to offer HCV testing to my clients at a reduced cost. This nonprofit organization has surpassed my goal and has helped so many of my clients. This program makes a difference in the lives of our clients and helps reduce the spread of HCV in our community. Thank you HepC Alliance staff for all your hard work to keep this very important program going!
