Camelot is a wonderful resource for any child with a chronic condition. It gives them a chance to socialize amongst their peers. It is equally important for children without special needs who volunteer. It shows them not to take daily tasks for granted. I love the fact that my teenage son volunteers there. I think he gets as much out of it as the Camelot kids.
