I sit on the board of directors. No matter where I am in the country, I can refer people to Joy and Craig and get them the help they need either finding a rescue that is a good fit for their family or helping them with challenges like introducing a new pet etc. They always help and people love them after meeting them becoming supporters!

Through the decades this rescue has consistently represented themselves and other species with dignity, respect and honor. They are transparent and excellent at what they do. They have never had a dog returned. They are excellent match makers. They helped me when they are in Los Angeles adopt a dog in TX when I was in OK. They helped matchmake us and our dog with a rescue dog in desperate need. We have never been happier!

Rescue Me matched us perfectly with a new companion all via distance due to covid. They were able to match us in OK, they were in CA, and the dog needing rescue was in TX. We talked through behavior, training and personality. They matched us perfectly even with a senior dog!

The only one I have seen who actually walks the talk and does the right thing. Every cent goes to the animals. The care is from an educated intelligent place. They have never given up on an animal There are rescues here claiming to be no kill and then kill a dog for hopeless aggressive behavior and because they can save more if they give up on that abused dog. NOT Rescue ME! They do it right - always. It's why I sit on the board. I wont put my name to anything but the best.
