I had been working with Advocates for Adolescent Mothers (AFAM) for over 5 years, and happy to support their commitment to providing guidance and tools empowering teenage mothers to break the poverty cycle, build prosperity and prevent child abuse.
During my years as The Community Relations Manager for Paramount Staffing, Inc., I watched AFAM’s Educational programs guide mothers to High School diploma completions, enter and complete colleges and vocation training. Their Holiday Drive Program has provided much needed toys and clothing for the teens and children during the holidays. Additionally, AFAM provides guidance combating teens and children’s homelessness.
It has indeed been my pleasure to work with Founder, Lillian Harris and support this much needed and worthwhile organization. Look forward to AFAM's continuing success and growth.
