I am a member of Assistance League of the Eastside.

We recently assembled 25 baskets of household/hygiene items for two shelter for women suffering from domestic abuse. When the agencies picked up the baskets, they expressed how grateful the women were for the item provided by Assistance League of the Eastside.
They hope we can continue this important work.

As a new member to Assistance League of the Eastside, I am very impressed by the amount of good work we/they do in the community.
A few weeks ago I participated in the Operation School Bell project. It was so rewarding. The smiles on the students' faces as they were able to shop for school clothing were so bright. The parents who accompanied the students were saying thank you again and again.
I am looking forward to participating in more community outreach and working at Operation School Bell again next year.
