The stigma against mental illness has to end, or people will not seek treatment, which can lead to dropping out of school, job loss, homelessness, and especially suicide. DMAX provides a safe space in school settings for youth facing depression and mental health problems to talk to others, to not become isolated because of the unbearable stigma. DMAX is what we need on all campuses everywhere so people literally can live. DMAX saves lives.
