Since I started following Hand in Hand, I am way more aware of my children's needs and mine too. Being aware of them is the first step. This helps you with being compassionate towards yourself and others. HiH has helped me in many ways, it's helping me to be a better parent and a better human being. The best thing is there's no punishment for the child or the parent and no judgement towards them either; there's only love and understanding.
