TheatreWorks has served and entertained the Silicon Valleyv and Bay Area community for 40 years, all under the charismatic leadership of the same Artistic Director. Forged with a family spirit, staff, volunteers, Board and actors extend themselves to their many audiences way beyond any nightly performance. The dedication and commitment to the whole community shines through in all they do, from developing New Works, training school students, bringing theater to the underserved and performing plays at the highest levels.The commitment of Board Emeritus members to continue supporting the company even 30 years after they've completed their Board terms is a testament to the connection TW makes with people. No one loves all the plays but everyone loves TheatreWorks.

theatrical performances, grandchild taking acting classes, attending social events, holding annual Board Emeritus events at my home--all of which show the quality and efficient use of resources this company displays consistently.
