I adopted 2 beautiful dogs from GDHS as well as volunteer. GDHS is a wonderful animal rescue who strives to find homes for as many animals as possible. I am so happy to have found them!

We adopted our Shakey from Greater Derry Humane Society in November 2018. He was a local surrender who desperately needed a rescue to give him a chance. The wonderful and caring volunteers of GDHS found him the best foster, which led to us adopting him a few weeks later. We can’t imagine our lives without Shakey. Thank you GDHS for the amazing work you do!!
