On behalf of Nima Sanctuary (the first farm animals sanctuary in Romania), in my capacity of President of the Board of Fundatia Siddhartha, the registered non-profit running the sanctuary, I am delighted to recommend Voice for the Needy Inc. for being a dedicated and inclusive organization, with a highly transparent and reliable work which delivers effective results in raising awareness and the much needed funds for animal rescue and welfare in Romania.
Since March 2019, Nima Sanctuary is one of the many beneficiaries of Voice for the Needy Inc. fund-raising platform, which secured and continues to secure the main source of funds for the sanctuary expansion, an otherwise difficult and financially challenging project.
During the +6 months of ongoing collaboration with Voice for the Needy Inc., my team and I had the opportunity to get a good insight into Voice for the Needy Inc.‘ professionalism and core values, among which I would like to emphasize:
• Dedication & inclusiveness: in each and every moment of our collaboration, since we first applied for access to Voice for the Needy Inc.’ fund-raising platform, we have been offered effective support with a friendly approach. We have been guided with much attention, dedication and consideration for our particular situation (as a vegan sanctuary) through each and every step of the assessment process, as well as through the set-up, execution and completion of each fund-raising project.
• Transparency & reliability: At all times, Voice for the Needy Inc. is offering a complete and clear insight of each fund-raising project to both beneficiaries and donors. Transparent and accurate reports and transactions are provided and executed with clockwork regularity, enabling us to efficiently manage cash flows and adjust our strategies accordingly.
• Efficiency: and their work has results! For Nima Sanctuary, in particular, the work and support provided by Voice for the Needy Inc. secures the significant, main source of funding, no less than 77% of all funding the sanctuary gets (other funding sources being donations, sponsorship, events, charity shop sales, etc).
Voice for the Needy Inc. provides a highly valued and necessary work, all in a field (animal rescue & welfare) and region (Romania – Eastern Europe) which still lacks governmental support and policies and effective law enforcement and which depends 100% on private and non-governmental efforts. On behalf of my team and our volunteers, as well as the animals, we thank them for their work!
