We love Houndhaven. Our two labs were adopted from them. This wonderful shelter takes dogs from local city or county shelters to provide care for them and do everything possible to get them ready to be adopted. Cooper, our black lab was taken in by Linda, the Owner, even knowing that he would need expensive knee surgery. Jack, our chocolate lab was blind, had kennel cough and needed their loving care to be able to be adopted. Linda and her wonderful volunteers, provide all the love and care to each and every dog. They are blessing not only to the dogs but to all families that adopt from Houndhaven..
