We’ve been volunteering with To Love a Canine for close to 8 years. I’ve never met a group of more caring, dedicated, and passionate people. If a dog and potential adopter don’t “fit” for any reason, TLC will work to find the right family and dog, to ensure a successful adoption. This rescue goes above and beyond to help dogs in need.

I volunteer with TLC Rescue, and have never met a group of more dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate people.

As someone who has volunteered with other rescues, I can honestly say that there is no group of people more passionate and dedicated to what they do than TLC.

I have never volunteered with a more dedicated and caring group of people. The number of dogs rescued and adopted is amazing, especially for a local organization with no state or national funding.
I recommend TLC to anyone who is thinking of volunteering or adopting a dog.

When we finally decided it was time to get a dog, we knew that a rescue would be the only way to go. We did our due diligence and found To Love a Canine Rescue, Pa. Their story and philosophy impressed us. Then we met some of their volunteers and were blown away! The dedication, knowledge, and caring these people have goes above and beyond any group we’ve interacted with.
We were so impressed with what they do and how they do it that my husband and I both decided to join as volunteers. Adopting from them and then joining the group are among the best decisions we’ve ever made.
