My children were rising kindergartners when I first visited the CDA. We had spent more money than I imagined we would sending them to a quality pre-K, which I think is every parent's reality ("We have to spend WHAT?..."). But, my husband and I could afford it. So off my chidren went to be prepared for elementary school and we didn't think about it again.

HERE IS WHAT'S SO REMARKABLE ABOUT THE CDA: 1 ) This school is every bit as good - if not better - than the one I paid so highly to send my children. 2) It's AFFORDABLE to the most vulnerable families in our society. And research shows that early childhood education can break the cycle of poverty. Our gracious donors and sponsors make this possible, and it is such a treasure for our community.
