We have been grateful to see the growth in our partnership with the Ticket to Dream Foundation. Their outreach efforts and mission to provide opportunity and normalcy to children in foster care align perfectly with may things CHOICES has been doing for years. TDF has allowed for us to expand our offerings to youth in our programs. One of the greatest benefits is the awareness they bring to foster care and the needs of our kids on the national stage. As smaller non-profit in Ohio with a much smaller budget their marketing and involvement across the US helps start the conversation about helping our kids! Their team is amazing to work with and they put a lot of thought and effort into their processes and partnerships. All interactions have been ethical and transparent and they share the same accountability standards in usage of in-kind donations and funds that CHOICES uses. TDF has helped us to meet urgent needs of our kids but also give them a chance to DREAM. Recently, Dayton, Ohio was devastated by an outbreak of tornadoes. TDF was able to help our foster families with their disaster relief fund. This was something totally unexpected and much appreciated. Furthermore, our kids have enjoyed so many awesome experiences such as the Ohio State Fair and a trip to Orlando, Florida for our aging out youth. We love that they are helping our kids live their vision and have built the same level of trust with partners and their donors as we do in our small corner of Ohio.
