Angels Among Us Pet Rescue is a huge organization that has grown considerably over the years. I remember when I first started volunteering in 2011 we were so much smaller. With the growth came more animals saved. There are so many volunteer teams set up to help, support, and run this Rescue. Fostering is what really saves animals but all the teams are needed to help! There is always room for a new or different viewpoint because we have so many different types of volunteers, donors, & adopters. There are a few paid employees which is definitely needed but this is a group of mostly volunteers that work together harder than most people do in paid positions. I volunteer on several teams and have fostered over 300 dogs for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue. We are not perfect- but we are Angels and if we do make a mistake we try our best to make it better. This is an amazing Rescue! Rescue is not always easy- with all of the different ideas & personalities- but that is actually what makes a great organization! I am adding a picture of my current foster I think he is #319 and counting cause of the support from AAUPR! Consider volunteering if you can’t please donate- you won’t be sorry.
