As a 40+ year not for profit professional, I am well acquainted with what a truly dedicated, passionate group can accomplish in their community. Transition Professionals, is the quintessential grassroots, community/client driven organization. The focus at T.P. is always on finding solutions for our clients’ barriers and assisting them in their path to a fruitful life. This is what great not for profits do!

I have been associated with Transition Professionals for 3+ years as a volunteer. As a career not for profit professional, I am quite aware of the elements required to be a world class organization. Transition Professionals is in this category. Bonnie OBrien, the Executive Director and founder, is a dedicated leader who has created a not for profit that focuses on successful solutions for people who are or have been incarcerated so they do not reoffend and are reincarcerated. In my entire career, I have never experienced this level of passion and dedication as exists at Transition Professionals. This is a remarkable organization!
