I have worked at SCSI for many years. SCSI allows its employees to be creative as well as take on special '" above and beyond projects ". Other non-profits I worked for had managers that considered going above and beyond or being creative as a threat to their turf. SCSI wants you to have a meaningful work experience, to take part in social change and to have impact on those we serve. Growth is nourished at SCSI and there is an absence of favoritism.
