I started volunteering at MAS about three years ago, after I retired from my job of 30 years and was looking for something to do occasionally. The staff at MAS are all extremely friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful place to be. The programs offered by MAS are exceptional. I have recommended them to several of my friends who were in need of help with their aging parents. Every one of them told me that they were so pleased with the help they got. I have witnessed the staff interacting with clients and seen how caring and respectful they treat the clients that come to see them. MAS is a wonderful organization. They are a great asset to the Missoula community in every respect; from helping people who come to them with various concerns, to helping volunteers feel like a useful part of the community. It's so important for all of us to feel like we still have something to contribute. I am always told how much I am appreciated and thanked for my service. That means the world to me. It gives me a purpose. Thank you to everyone at MAS.
