I have my 2nd Service Dog from Medical Mutts since June 2022. First, I had Gretchen a wonderful German Shepherd and now I have Moonie, a white German Shepherd/Husky mix. All aspects of Medical Mutts are ultimate professionalism. From the interviews to the process explanations to the final 10 days of training with our new dogs. All the employees are extremely kind, professionals, patient, easy to interact with and dedicated to training the dogs with only positive reinforcement methods. The founder, Jennifer Cattet Ph.D., has a rare expertise in the world that she so generously shares in order to both save dogs from shelters and help people like me with a need for a Service Dog to help us navigate life in a safer and more independent manner. Eva Rudisile, Director of Client Services and Operations, provides a lifetime support after we go home with our new dogs. Eva is an absolute gem; the kindest, most positive person you could have the chance of encountering in life. Her exquisite personality is only matched by her extensive knowledge of Service Dog training along with their quirks and different situations that occur in life. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Medical Mutts for anyone who needs a Service Dog or are looking for a non-profit to support.

Hello! I am an extremely grateful recipient of my second Service with Medical Mutts. I have Multiple Sclerosis. Working with Medical Mutts' staff is such a wonderful experience! Every staff member I have been in contact with have been extremely helpful, personable, kind, very involved in making sure my needs were met. The staff from caregivers to trainers to management are all working as a team to make sure the dogs provided are ready for the people they will serve. The trainers and management personnel are indeed experts in their field. That's why I got my second dog from Medical Mutts.

I am forever indebted to Jennifer at Medical Mutts for helping me and my so sweet Mobility Assistance Service Dog Gretchen. The level of knowledge and professionalism that Jennifer displayed in some really difficult situations was bewildering. Jennifer never lost patience with me, was extremely positive, supportive and always available to answer my questions even to this day 6 years later. The staff’s level of canine knowledge is absolutely astonishing as well as their ability to put themselves in the shoes of their disabled clients. There is no way that Gretchen and I would be the team that we are today if it wasn’t from Medical Mutts. Thanks a million again!
