My Daughter Ella volunteered last summer for the rescue. That is how we got to know Sassy. Sassy helped us when we needed to board our two hamsters last summer, and she also helped us board our two Guinea pigs this summer for vacation. She rescues rabbits as well as other small animals. Ella and I have the upmost respect for Sassy and her rescue. She's addresses all of the medical needs of the rabbits to get them healthy and ready for adoption. All of the rescues get spayed and neutered as well. She also conducts a reading program to youngsters where they read to the bunnies. She does nursing home visits for touch therapy, as well as visits to The Ronald McDonald Home to raise the spirits of sick children and their families. Sassy and her rescue are an asset to our community. Thank you Sassy and your rescue!
