Reached out to Kim, with a feral cat issue in the community. She never asked why someone else wasn't taking care of it, or complained. She and her team just responded quickly and did their work with super efficiency. It amazed me that a nasty and tough job could be completed so quickly and with so little "drama". Kim just got it done. She's a major contributor.
