Review for PCI Media Impact, Inc., New York, NY, USA

Rating: 5 stars

As an international professional management expert who worked for 21 years for the largest organization in the field of Population (IPPF-1977-1997), I always considered this smaller sister NGO as second to no other in our area of action because of the inspirational and visionary leadership of its founder and successive Board of Directors.

In the late 1990s, PCI's CEO, Mr. David Andrews, asked me to help with their program in Mexico; I accepted with no hesitation. The experience was awesome. I worked with the leaders of Mexican TV who made soap-opera a phenomenon that heralded the arrival of global home entertainment. PCI offered them to become a game-changer of major proportions through social media. Everyone respected its staff, and more importantly, they embraced its mission.

The management of program operations was effective, economical, and prompt. Twenty years later, I glad to confirm through < charitynavigator.com> that PCI Media Impact is a "textbook" case for compliance with best practices in the sector, because of institutional transparency, accountability and especially in the ratios of program expenditures with 84% of the budget going to program execution.

In sum, memories may be excellent. However, current facts and figures that count are open public record and available. I feel comfortable stating that I could not imagine PCI Impact being second to no other NGO of any size.
