I reached out to this organization and they have been outstanding. They assisted me with sending me and my family to Orlando for a much needed vacation. Carol was outstanding with keeping in touch with me through the entire process. Additionally, when my family and I was in Orlando and ran in to some issues, she answered my calls and assisted immediately! I will continue to recommend this organization to any one who needs help.
