Creating IT Futures is a Great program. It opened many doors for me immediately upon graduation. I had the honor and pleasure of meeting and learning with individuals who had a variety of skill-sets and life experiences.

The networking and employment preparation helped me engage with employers in a prepared manner. Understanding the importance of culture fits and developing much needed soft-skills was the tipping point when negotiating/navigating offers.
