I volunteer with The Pain Community. It is very rewarding and helpful with my own pain journey. Volunteering allows me to share what I have learned over the past 30 years on my own pain journey. It is a safe place, with empathy, compassion and support.

I am a person living with pain and I volunteer with The Pain Community. I have found by helping others who live with pain, it helps me deal with my own pain. People who live pain need a community where they can feel safe, where they can feel compassion, where they can feel understood. The Pain Community offers all that and so much more. I feel honored to be able to volunteer with The Pain Community.
