The LAPRF has contributed has been extremely generous in in providing support to reserve officers that are in need of financial assistance, scholarship, legal assistance, and reimbursement for training and educational advancement for reserve police officers. The city isn't able to cover many of these expenses that falls on the shoulders of reserve officers who are volunteering their time to serve in law enforcement.

I hope other non-profits can use the LAPRF as a model for generating successful outcomes for its members.
