I have known the people in the Open Doors organization as I was travelling with them behind the Iron Curtain to serve the persecuted church there in the 1970s. As I spent time on the Open Doors base, I was impressed by the spiritual sincerity and integrity of the staff. Integrity is built into this organization at the very foundation and this characteristic has endured throughout the years. I believe they have one of the lowest percentages of funds going to administrative expenses among all the different non profit organizations. They truly serve those to whom they are called.
