My wife Linda and I have supported the persecuted church for about 25 years now. We met Nobel Alexander ( prisoner in Castro's Cuba for many years...he wrote "I Will Die Free") a few years ago. All he had to do was tell the authorities he would not preach the gospel and he could be free. He would not. God used him greatly in prison. I am just completing a class on the persecuted church in our church. We are using a couple of books by Nik Ripken for the class....'The Insanity of God' and 'The Insanity of Obedience'. Both have really been faith building. To see what God is doing among so many Muslims and in China, in particular, has been amazing. I am now working with an orphanage in Kenya. Their faith and prayer lives are what give these vulnerable children protection and confidence in the Lord. We want to be able to help the persecuted church wherever we can. David Nehlsen
