RAR is doing outstanding work in Romania. they help spay.neuter homeless animals so they are not born in a world where they get poisoned or shot by the authorities.
They also have spay/neuter action in several other countries who asked for help.
They also support an animal hospital where animals get treated for free, many of the people in Romania are very poor and couldn't get help for their injured animals.
