I discovered Skydog Sanctuary on Instagram. Knowing little to nothing about horses, burros or wild mustangs, I found Clare’s postings of her rescues so inspiring I became a monthly donor. I shared her information with family and friends and encouraged them to become supporters as well. What Clare and her staff go through to rescue these animals, ensure they keep families and friends together, treat the injured, heal the sick and then provide them all a safe place to live out their lives freely, is nothing short of miraculous.
