I've been attending their monthly diabetes classes for 1 and 1/2 years. I've lost 36 pounds and feel so much better! My A1C has dropped from the 8 range to the 6 range and I am managing my diabetes much easier. I'm much more knowledgeable about how to manage my food intake and I would definitely recommend their class to both diabetics and non-diabetics. The presenters have been great, they're very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the subject.
